Please note that Print Two Impress adheres to all copyright laws. We assume that art/artwork provided to us is legal for use in the public domain. Customers assume liability for any patent and/or copyright infringement. When goods are made to the customers' specifications, Print Two Impress will NOT print/embroider any name/logo/picture that has been patented or copyrighted.
Ordering After an order request is phoned or emailed to us, one of our professionals will speak with you to confirm your needs and provide accurate pricing.
1. We order garments and any other materials needed to complete your job.
2. Artwork is created for new orders by our in-house art department, or is retrieved from our file for repeat jobs. All artwork is faxed or emailed to you (new or existing art) for a signed approval. Production will not begin before we have a signed approval of the artwork faxed or emailed to us.
3. Printing is scheduled to be completed 7-10 business days after art is approved in writing. Rush charges will apply to jobs with a deadline of less than 10 business days. Half payment is due upon placement of the order.
Typographical Errors In the event that a Print Two Impress product is mistakenly listed at the incorrect price, Print Two Impress reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Print Two Impress reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Print Two Impress shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
Products and Availablity Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In this event an estimated delivery time will be provided, or an alternate product offered. It should be noted that delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by Print Two Impress to provide garments by a certain date.
Every effort has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are provided by the manufacturers and are approximate for guidance only.
Faulty Goods We undertake that all goods will, in all material respects, comply with any general description which may be submitted to you, will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for normal usage. In the event that this is not the case, Print Two Impress should be notified in writing of the fault within 10 days of their receipt.
Goods Damaged in Transit All goods are securely packaged and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately from time to time damage does occur in transit. In the event that your goods show obvious signs of transit damage please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the carton you must inform Print Two Impress within 48 hours. In either case Print Two Impress will arrange replacement garments as soon as possible.
Payment We require a 50% deposit on all goods at the time that the order is placed. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of goods unless mutually agreed upon. Embroidered goods require 100% of payment before services are rendered.
Payment Options Payment can be made via check, money order or credit card. Credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express can be placed in person, or by phone to (256) 828-8664.
Payment via purchase order is available only for established institutions with a PO system such as schools, religious organizations, government entities and large corporations. ALL SALES VIA PURCHASE ORDER MUST BE CLEARED AT TIME OF ORDERING.
Sales Tax Customers are responsible for all sales tax unless a resale certificate or non-profit documentation is provided.
Cancellation/Returns Print Two Impress will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred or any material been printed or embroidered. Once the item has been printed it is of no use to anyone except the person ordering it. In the event that your order has been processed, an artwork/origination cost plus a re-stocking charge will apply in addition to the printing cost. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from Print Two Impress. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Print Two Impress.
Website Use Our website is provided as a service to our customers. We accept no responsibility for any technical hardware or software failures of any kind including injury or damage to any person's computer related to the use of this website. Any attempt to damage this website or undermine its legitimate operation is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. We reserve the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy Policy Print Two Impress respects the privacy of every individual who visits this website. When you do provide us with personal data, we may store that information for order processing, shipping, and/or billing purposes. We may also provide announcements of special sales/promotions that may be offered in the future. We do not now and do not intend to sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.
